It is our sponsors that, in large part, make this event possible. We offer three basic levels of sponsorship, with each level providing successively more exposure for the sponsor.
Bronze Level Sponsor: $1,250

As a courtesy to our sponsors, sponsors may elect to host a breakfast, breakfast buffet, lunch, or after hours hospitality room during the conference. As these events are held during the three day SIC, there are a limited number of events available. Contact the Sponsor Coordinator for available events.
The opportunity to host events is available on a first come first served basis with preference given to those sponsors who return a signed contract for the Gold, then Silver, then Bronze sponsors. These events must be reserved in writing with the SIC Sponsor Coordinator.
A sponsored event is not included in the sponsorship package and is in addition to any sponsorship level. Any costs associated with a sponsor event will be contracted directly with the hotel, although coordination with the conference program is required. Sponsored events may not interfere/conflict with scheduled conference events. The SIAF reserves the right to limit the number of events which may be hosted by one sponsor. Signage for sponsored events is explained in detail in the sponsor contract
