FACEDWN Live
The room reads together.
FACEDWN is a live stage built around a book. The moderator holds the projector — turning pages, lighting the sentence under discussion, pulling up a document or a SAGE answer — and every person in the room sees the same page at the same moment. Speak, raise a hand, or just listen in.

I've been practicing honest feedback with my team and I'm wrestling with the line between honesty and harm.
The line I hold is intent. Honesty in service of the person is care; in service of my ego it's a weapon dressed as truth.
Name the care out loud. 'I want you to win.' The truth lands differently when the love is explicit.
